Olio di Oliva Extra Vergine

On the 23.000 m2 grounds of Villa Minerva there are more than 300 Olive trees. The harvest of the fruits is being done manually to treat plants and fruits in the most delicate way possible. As a result we get our VM Olive Oil
The number of the bottles is limited to guarantee the best possible quality.
Our olive oil is non filtered and therefore maintains all the healthy ingredients
The acidity is very low (0,15) and the oil therefore very smooth and elegant
